8 Weeks Program

Tai Chi Transformation: Living Life with Chi. During Practice sessions, and The Rest of the Day.

We are putting it all together.

Week 1. Introduction. Mindset of Living the fully charged and aligned Life. Expectations, Processes, knowledge. Putting it all together.

Week 2: Doing the work. With new awareness and intent. Quiet work, Stillness, Breathing, Dynamic tensions.

Week 3: Physiology and Meridian points for Tai chi energy activation. Further into Energy in movements and fajing expressions.

Week 4: Internal Orientation. Supplementary exercises to enhance internal energy flow. Moving from the centre.

Week 5: Putting it together in Tai chi chuan, push hands and san sao.

Week 6: Live coaching call.
